SHIPPING POLICY

We have shipping available to customers only in the Auckland region, we are currently working to expand our shipping to different areas. Shipping across Auckland comes with a fixed cost that fluctuates according to season. We also use 100% sustainable shipping method to ensure we lower carbon emissions. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to contact us.

RETURNS POLICY

If you ever change your mind about a product, please inform us within 48 hours from the date of purchase to ensure we can cancel your order and refund your order in an efficient manner. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you are more than welcome to send it back to us at your cost and we can refund you for your order. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

Our products come with a 3 month warranty, meaning if the product is in any way, shape or form teared within the shirt or printing, it can be replaced. The warranty will last 3 months from the date the product was purchased. Any time after that, the product will officially be out of its warranty period. PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is really important and to ensure we keep your data secure, we ensure that your data is locked in a data protection system to ensure that it has no way of getting out to third party sources that can utilise your information. LAWS AND REGULATIONS

  • As a business who is selling a physical product, we had to adhere to the consumer guarantees act which sets out quality guarantees any business or person in trade must provide to their customers. We ensured to adhere to this law by making sure that our cost per unit was true and ensuring that we were not ripping off customers by ensuring that what they are paying for is worth it and that if needed they are able to get a refund or replacement if the product they have is faulty.

  • We have had to adhere to the privacy act. As a business who sells our products online, we collect personal information of our consuemers through these onine purchases. As a result, we must ensure that we adhere to this law by making sure that we have a privacy policy in place aswell as ensuring that their information is safe and isn´t goin got third party sources and that we only collect informatio needed for the business. We ensured that no one had access to our customers information expect the individuals in SAINT.

  • We have to adhere to the fair trades act. The fair trades act covers pricing, advertising, information about our shirts sales techniques and financing. It also covers product safety, trading practices and employment ads. Therefore, we as a business have had to adhere to these laws by ensuring that we are marketing our shirts properly and not deceiving consumers.
